The Executive Board and Board of Trustees implement the various activities of the foundation together with an committed team.
The Board of Trustees monitors the adherence to the purpose of the foundation and oversees the Executive Board. It decides on all matters of fundamental importance and of the use of the foundation’s funds. Currently it holds five active members and two honorary members.
The Executive Board manages the affairs of the foundation in joint responsibility and acts as its legal representative. The respective divisions are led by the members of the board independently.
The work of the Foundation is carried out by an expert team. There are two specialist departments, “Early Childhood Education and Counceling” and “School”, as well as the “Press and Public Relations” department and the “Commercial Management” department.

A strong network of people with expertise and experience in the promotion of gifted children, in Early Childhood Education, Counceling and School, accompanies and advises the Karg Foundation in its project work.

Mit unseren Angeboten zur verbesserten Information und Qualifizierung von Kita, Schule und Beratungsstellen bringen wir das Bildungssystem in der Begabtenförderung voran: Karg Campus, Karg Impulskreise, Karg Partner Projekte, Karg Fachmedien.
Unsere Publikationen bieten Grundlagen- und Professionswissen zum Thema Hochbegabung und orientieren in der Begabtenförderung.
Unser Qualifizierungskonzept ermöglicht Kitas, Schulen und Beratungsstellen die Entwicklung in der Begabtenförderung. Die Karg Campus Projekte schaffen in den Bundesländern nachhaltige Angebote und Strukturen zur Förderung Hochbegabter.
Unsere interaktive Fortbildungsmethode orientiert pädagogische und psychologische Fachkräfte im Finden und Fördern Hochbegabter. Wir bilden Moderator:innen aus, die in den landeseigenen Fortbildungssystemen vieler Bundesländer Grundlagenwissen der Begabtenförderung vermitteln.
In Modellprojekten finden wir mit unseren Partnern in Bildungspraxis und -wissenschaft Antworten auf Zukunftsfragen in der Begabtenförderung.
Mit der Karg Wissenschaftsförderung generieren wir Erkenntnisse zu Schlüsselfragen der Begabtenförderung, die bisher für Forschung und Praxis unzureichend erschlossen sind.
